Concentric Pen Probe
The ACL 807 Concentric Point Probe is a precision instrument for measuring surface resistivity in compliance to ANSI/ESD STM11.11. The small size is ideal for measurements in hard-to-reach areas where 5-lb concentric ring probe doesn't fit. The portability and comfortable ergonomic design allows the user to audit specimens in the field and laboratory without sacrificing accuracy.
This device uses spring loaded electrodes with conductive rubber boots to ensure superior contact with hard and irregular surfaces. The pogo-pin type ATE-quality probes are made of beryllium copper with minimum 60 micro-inch hard gold.
Using a thin line BNC coaxial cable with inner source and outer sense connections, reading errors due to electrostatic interference are minimized. The BNC to stereo jack adapter allows connection to all ACL's resistivity meters including the ACL 800 Megohmmeter.
- Conforms to ANSI/ESD STM11.11-2006 and ANSI/ESD STM11.12-2006
- Sprig loaded electrodes with conductive rubber boots
- Measuring areas 0.35" (8.89mm)
- Made in the USA
